We deliver remedial works across Cardiff + 50-mile radius for homes and businesses. Most clients are homeowners and landlords; we also work for insurers, lenders, and management companies. We can work to an engineer’s design, and if needed we’ll arrange a trusted independent structural engineer.

CERTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE

Where third parties are involved (insurers, mortgage lenders, surveyors), we issue a completion certificate confirming the works meet regulations and that approved materials were used per manufacturers’ guidance. Our certificates are accepted for lending, sale, and remortgage.

GUARANTEED WORKMANSHIP

All workmanship carries a 3-year guarantee as standard, with industry-backed or extended options on request. We’re fully insured and compliant with current health & safety legislation. If Building Control is required, we’ll liaise with the inspector and obtain the Completion Certificate.
