Called Mark out to ask for some advice after we found a massive condensation problem in our loft, an extractor fan duct that was full of water, mouldy insulation and rafters that were wet to the touch. Mark booked us in very quickly and sent an electrician out the next day to make sure that our fan was still safe. Just lofts sent their crew very shortly afterwards and they removed all of the contaminated insulation. They were very careful with removal, to make sure that there was no chance of contaminating the rest of the house with the mould spores. They put an industrial dehumidifier up there for a few days, before coming back to fit new insulation, move the loft hatch, put a new hatch and ladder in, and board the loft.

Just Lofts arranged an electrician, and the skip themselves, taking that concern out of our hands. The guys achieved an astounding amount of work in 2 days, were meticulously clean throughout, communicated openly, honestly and often, and have completed the job to a high standard with a smart finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Just Lofts crew, and will be trusting them with future work.

Fitted loft insulation to recommended depth, (hardly any there before), partial flooring and new loft hatch. Really reasonable price. Can’t praise them enough, Arran and Jon did a great job in difficult circumstances. Kept me informed at every stage, no problems with the standard of workmanship. All rubbish cleared, even removed and disposed of the old water tank, and then when the job was completed, put my stuff back onto the new flooring for storage. Great job, would recommend wholeheartedly. Really pleased with everything, loft is now transformed and the house a lot warmer.

Fantastic from start to finish. Friendly and professional service, with a lot of experience. Contaminated insulation removal, antibacterial spray throughout the attic, loft boarding and lovely new, fresh insulation. Neat and tidy and smelling much nicer. Also took time to fill up holes and inspect the attic thoroughly.
