Just Lofts – excellent.

We own a converted chapel in the Rhondda. We needed space for storage, We called in Just Lofts to see what might be possible. Decided on just half boarding it at first, they quoted and got the job. Unfortunately, they discovered that 11 joists to the front of the building were rotten! Together with a fractured truss.

No problem! Quick thinking and knowledgeable Mark came back with a solution within twenty four hours. The remedial work was done professionally and swiftly. The truss, fixed.

We decided to go the ‘whole hog’ and board the complete loft. They also fitted an extendable loft ladder and new hatch.

It now looks amazing! 28 square metres of extra room.

Mark and his team are the best group of tradespeople I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and cheerful at all times and absolutely no mess. Prompt and friendly service from day one with regular updates. Due to the age of my property they nevertheless came up with a solution and despite a problem arising not of their making they overcame it promptly. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

So I only met with Mark yesterday who came to quote for fitting a new loft hatch and access ladder – later that afternoon I had a call to say it could be fitted today due to a previous cancellation. Naturally I said yes. Three guys from Marks team arrived and immediately set about laying clean floor coverings protecting carpets etc.

They set about their work and within hour all structural work was completed and the old opening sealed. The access hatch was installed and ladder bespoke fitted to the correct height and a decorative architrave secured to the opening surround.

A full clean up with not a spot of dust or debris left behind – a job extremely well done by a professional and polite bunch. It was definitely worth the coffee and biscuits sacrificed from my personal stash – joking of course but thank you all for an amazing job extremely well done!!
