I found justlofts when researching loft ladders to replace the tiny and dangerous one at my newly bought bungalow. Rob was quick to respond to my online enquiry and came to examine and measure up, whilst following the health and safety guidelines of mask wearing and social distancing.

He was happy to answer any and all queries regarding the job, and let me know via WhatsApp the status of the proposed build. On the day, the team arrived and set up plenty of dust sheets before commencing work. Within four hours they had removed the existing loft ladder, prepared a larger opening to accommodate the new ladder and secured everything in place with minimal disruption to the decoration, and had cleared everything up nicely. The loft opening fit perfectly in the confined space of the corridor and they gave us a demonstration and wouldn’t leave until we were satisfied with their work.

We highly recommend them and will gladly consider them for any future projects that they undertake as stated on their website.
