Our original access to the loft had involved standing on a chair to open a wonky trapdoor which you had to keep hold of as you opened it. The old 2-section metal ladder was very steep indeed. Steve and Ash, the two men from Just Lofts, arrived in good time to do the work. They worked solidly without a break and without fuss to install a new insulated loft hatch and a new 3-section Youngman wooden ladder. They cleared up and vacuumed the floor after they’d finished and explained how to use the ladder.

We had our 1910s terrace loft reinforced, boarded, reinsulated, and a ladder put in. Mark and the team were amazing both in service and quality of the build. Sorted out lighting under the boarding as they went, making changes needed on the fly. Really great finish with safety features, edging on the boarding, architrave on the new hatch. New flooring is probably the most level surface in the house now, and incredibly robust. You would not know they had ever been in the house once they were done, and the team were really great.

I cannot recommend Just Lofts highly enough.

The men who attended were polite, cheery and carried out an excellent job with great efficiency, clearing up all the mess when completed. My husband and I are very impressed with the professional standard of workmanship, going above and beyond my expectations. The ladder is clearly of good quality hardwood, yet lightweight and I cannot emphasise strongly enough the enormous difference this, together with the adjustments to my loft will make. It makes venturing into the loft, when needed, much safer and with greater ease.
