Really exceptional work and service
We had our 1910s terrace loft reinforced, boarded, reinsulated, and a ladder put in. Mark and the team were amazing both in service and quality of the build. Sorted out lighting under the boarding as they went, making changes needed on the fly. Really great finish with safety features, edging on the boarding, architrave on the new hatch. New flooring is probably the most level surface in the house now, and incredibly robust. You would not know they had ever been in the house once they were done, and the team were really great.
I cannot recommend Just Lofts highly enough.

Electric loft ladder install
Dear Mark and Rob,
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you, your company and the men who attended our house today to fit the new semi-automatic loft ladder. The men who attended were polite, cheery and carried out an excellent job with great efficiency, clearing up all the mess when completed. My husband and I are very impressed with the professional standard of workmanship, going above and beyond my expectations. The ladder is clearly of good quality hardwood, yet lightweight and I cannot emphasise strongly enough the enormous difference this, together with the adjustments to my loft will make. It makes venturing into the loft, when needed, much safer and with greater ease. Would you be so kind as to pass on our thanks to all the men that attended our house today as I missed the opportunity to thank them all. You are good people and I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

We are delighted with our new space, the team has totally transformed a horrid messy roof space into a clean, accessible and usable storage loft β and all the work carried out in a friendly and helpful way, every member of the team has a fantastic professional and positive approach and they are a pleasure to have in the house. Fantastic experience from initial contact to installation.
I found justlofts when researching loft ladders to replace the tiny and dangerous one at my newly bought bungalow. Rob was quick to respond to my online enquiry and came to examine and measure up, whilst following the health and safety guidelines of mask wearing and social distancing.
He was happy to answer any and all queries regarding the job, and let me know via WhatsApp the status of the proposed build. On the day, the team arrived and set up plenty of dust sheets before commencing work. Within four hours they had removed the existing loft ladder, prepared a larger opening to accommodate the new ladder and secured everything in place with minimal disruption to the decoration, and had cleared everything up nicely. The loft opening fit perfectly in the confined space of the corridor and they gave us a demonstration and wouldnβt leave until we were satisfied with their work.
We highly recommend them and will gladly consider them for any future projects that they undertake as stated on their website.
