I am absolutely thrilled with my new loft ladder & hatch. Rob & Steve did a fabulous job, arrived on time, very polite & courteous, got straight to work & cleaned up after themselves. Steve even vacuumed the stairs. I dealt with Rob & he was very professional from the first phone call to the finished product. I would absolutely recommend this company for anything loft related.

My plastic loft hatch was 24 years old, yellowed and held up with tape. One of those jobs on my to do list for so long. When I phoned Mark, he sorted everything out immediately and in just a day, a brand new hatch was fitted and looking amazing. Rob and Steve were truly professional in everyway. They came on time, were friendly, polite and courteous which made me feel comfortable. I was stunned when they showed me my new hatch, it looked so great and in no time at all.
