After having a quote off Mark he very quickly got his team working on insulating and boarding our loft. Mark came round very promptly to give us a quote for a new loft hatch with new access ladder, clearing our soffits and putting down new insulation. We liked the way he explained the work needed, and gave us options to choose from. He answered all our questions, and there was no pressure to have anything we didn’t want. He and the team did the work within a few days, and we’re very pleased with the results. Some additional works emerged on the day, which they did immediately, without extra cost. They were all very considerate and helpful, kept any dust and disturbance to the absolute minimum, and thoroughly vacuumed before leaving so that our house was spotless.

From first survey to final work, Mark, Rob and Steve were absolutely brilliant! Throughout all of their work the one thing that made them stand out was how absolutely genuine they were and how focused they were on doing the best job possible.

Mark’s initial survey of the loft we wanted extra insulation in was very thorough, identifying a number of other faults that could have caused long term issues if not rectified. They completed the work in good time and took care to ensure that there was no damage to our house, cleaning up every day so there was minimal disruption to our lives, especially important given our need to work from home. The final work in our loft has created a great space for storage and vastly improved the heat retention of the house, already reducing our heating bill. Cannot recommend them more!
