Brilliant service from the off! Rang just lofts and spoke to Mark, very polite and easy going. We had our loft insulation installed quickly (which was needed as we had none). The lads who came worked hard and were really polite.

On the day of insulation Mark communicated really well letting me know that there was traffic and the boys may be a little bit later which is brilliant if people are waiting in and once the work was completed sent me photos.

From start to finish, our experience with Just Lofts was exceptional. The team was not only professional but incredibly considerate of our home. They were polite, friendly, and remarkably quiet, making the process hassle-free.

Their attention to detail was outstanding – the work area was left immaculate each day. The removal of old junk and insufficient insulation, replaced with new insulation, as well as the installation of new boards, a loft hatch with a ladder, and the addition of a house ventilation system and a dedicated bathroom vent by Just Lofts has truly transformed our space. Accessing our loft is now a breeze, and the added LED light has made storage so much easier.

Furthermore, the house ventilation system installed by Just Lofts has been a game-changer. This system has significantly improved the air quality throughout our home, remedying our condensation dampness issues and creating a noticeably fresher and cleaner environment.

From the initial meeting for a quote to the prompt completion of the job, Just Lofts delivered exactly what they promised. Their honesty, flexibility, and commitment truly set them apart. Fitted loft insulation to recommended depth, (hardly any there before), partial flooring and new loft hatch. Really reasonable price. Can't praise them enough, Arran and Tom?? did a great job in difficult circumstances. Kept me informed at every stage, no problems with the standard of workmanship. All rubbish cleared, even removed and disposed of the old water tank, and then when the job was completed, put my stuff back onto the new flooring for storage. From the moment I requested a quote, the service from Just Lofts has been exceptional.
Very transparent with the quotation - everything broken down with no hidden charges.
We wanted boards down, new ladder fitted and lighting installed. The job ended up taking half the time expected because Mark and the team worked so hard (even in our incredibly humid and hot attic!). We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and how quickly and diligently they approached the job. Such a friendly and helpful team too. They really over-delivered.

Just wow.... I can't thank Mark and his crew enough.

Had 2 loft hatch ladders fitted back in in 2021.

From initial contact, to making a couple of emergency calls since these guys go above and beyond to help.

5***** isn't enough to rate how good these guys really are. Highly recommended.

Rob came to quote and was so polite and knowledgeable, we were really impressed and booked him to do the work. Rob and Callum came to complete the job, they put a new loft hatch, ladder and flooring in for us. Worked really hard put up with all my questions and did a great job. I had spray foam insulation in my loft that urgently needed removing as we were selling our house.
I phoned up and spoke with Mark who came out the next day. Very pleasant, personable chap. His quote was very good so I went ahead.
Work started within a week or so and Rob, Phil, Callum & Mac spent three solid days grafting, no skiving off or complaining at all, just hard work.
Each day they cleaned up after themselves and were completely professional. It's not often I would unreservedly recommend a company, but I would for Just Lofts.
