Mark and his team have done an amazing job on turning my attic space from a dark, dirty and unsafe space with little storage into a large, bright, spotlessly clean and safely accessible area that I would be proud to show to anyone. They removed old inadequate boards, installed new subframes and new boards over the whole loft area extending usable space considerably. In addition they have fitted a new draught proof hatch and access ladder and installed strip lighting. They went over and beyond what was asked of them – identifying and resolving problems that they encountered (eg woodworm!) and ensuring I had safe access into the loft by installing a grab rail. Throughout they were unfailingly polite, friendly, courteous and considerate, treated my home with respect and left it spotless.

So so happy with the work carried out by Mark and the team. Within 2 weeks of calling them we’ve had a new loft ladder installed. The last one was very old, and gave way whilst I was climbing. The new one is sturdy and looks amazing. Can’t wait to be able to work in the home office again. Would absolutely recommend!

I cannot recommend Mark and his colleagues enough. I was impressed by the promptness, efficiency and quality of their work as well as their friendliness and respect for my property. I am so pleased that I used this company for my loft insulation, loft boarding, loft ladder and a new access door to the loft. His electrician installed a loft light as well as some other work for me. From all the workers who have ever visited my property to perform work, I have to say that this experience was most enjoyable and i felt comfortable in having Mark and his team working at my house. Mark and his team did a great job on our loft. We’d had rodent problems, and the whole thing needed ripping out, cleaning and disinfecting, reinsulating and reboarding, plus a new loft hatch and ladder. Mark’s team were efficient and friendly, and exceptionally clean and tidy, treating our home with great respect while carrying out the work. We are extremely pleased with the standard of the work carried out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Mark and his team turned up when they said they would each day and kept me informed of progress. They reboarded the central part of my loft, provided improved lighting, fitted a loft ladder with extra hand hold and made good the effectiveness of 2 extractors. They also investigated a slow roof leak and resealed the flashing. Mark conscientiously made me aware of other remedial works for safety eg a tangle of electrics! All debris was removed including some left by other tradesmen. Very pleasant and talented people. Would highly recommend. Thank you all.
