Mark did a fantastic job from start to finish. He came and talked us through what was best to do and gave a few options. Turned up when he said he would and did a great job with a very clean finish. Got a lot more storage space now and a lot easier to access. Thank you very much.

When Mark arrived to provide us with a quote, he explained everything and the process clearly and also gave us some ideas. After receiving various quotes, Just lofts was significantly cheaper than other quotes and we found marks attention and clarity in the quote gave us confidence to choose him. We weren’t let down! Mark and his team talked us through each stage of the build and cleaned up each night, cleaner than it was when they arrived! The end result has left us with a fantastic safe space with lighting and plenty of storage. Mark even did a few extra things which were not in the quote and did not charge extra! Would 100% recommend Mark and his team. Quick job and was very well done. Was very open and managed to get the cost down as far as possible regarding skip etc. Was hired to clear the attic, however ended up offering to clean my ceilings of mould as a favour – a great help as I don’t own a ladder!

I contacted Mark for a quote after I realised that flooring my loft was going to be too complicated for me to do myself and I’m really glad I did. During his initial visit he pointed out other issues that needed to be remedied and gave us advice on what needed to been done. I had left been let down by tradesmen before so was slightly wary but Mark put us immediately at ease.

After the first day I honestly had to check that Mark and his team had even been as they had cleaned up so well. We were given daily updates on progress with photos and I could not be happier with the result!

The new floor, railing, ladder & light has transformed our loft into a usable space that I’m no longer scared to stick my head up into. Thank you Mark & Team!

Asked for a quote. Needed it done quickly. Done early. Nice people to deal with. Got to be seen to appreciate it. Biggest compliment wife said it was marvellous. Thanks for doing such a great job. Went the extra mile in clearing out birds nests and disposing of an old water tank. Fitted two lights instead of one at no extra cost.
