I’d originally contacted Mark to install some insulation in my loft, but on inspection he found that the joists throughout the loft space were unstable and it would be dangerous to walk on them or use the space for storage. He quickly drew up a plan for strengthening the joists throughout, blocking up space between my loft and my neighbours’, and adding insulation, and was adaptable when I’d made additional suggestions.

I now have a loft space that is safe, clean, insulated, suitable for storage, and has lighting – a vast improvement! Mark and his team have done a very professional job.

Our loft was unusable and dirty for many years of dust and spider’s webs. there were old carpets, loft boards and old cables in the loft. Just loft cleared the loft first to make way for the new floor and boarding. I have a new light and power in the loft. not forgetting the lovely loft ladder.

My loft looks like a lovely usable clean storage no DUST! Or spider’s webs I will be storing my precious items in the loft for many years to come.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mark. The communication whilst doing the work has been outstanding.

Mark has just installed a loft floor and lighting, enlarged the loft hatch and fitted a better ladder and safety rail, so now I can safely use the space for storage.

He also suggested and added a rack to store paintings.

Fitting the floor turned out to be more complicated than he first thought, but he said

” A price is a price ” and didn’t charge me more.
